The "Banque Du Liban" credit card offers authorized BDL employees a superior spending power with no extra cost, to take care of everything they need, from personal, to travel and business expenses, in addition to withdrawing cash in Lebanon and abroad.
Benefits
The BDL card is free for all BDL employees who can use it locally and internationally, and in several currencies (with Lebanese Pound being the billing currency). They can also use it to settle domiciliated bills (electricity, landline, mobile phone, etc.) at no extra cost.
In addition, BDL employees can withdraw cash free of charge at all Bank Audi and BDL ATMs, for LBP 1,500 at other banks' ATMs, and for LBP 7,500 at ATMs abroad.

Extra benefits
The Central Bank can now pay employees’ salaries through a new fast, safe and convenient electronic process. It can also add payroll loans and other amounts to this card (social assistance, pensions, health benefits, etc.). Further, BDL employees can use this card to withdraw cash at ATMs and make purchases.On a single card, they can:
- Domiciliate their electricity, landline and mobile bills.
- Get a 2-month free IDM Internet subscription, as well as a 50% discount on monthly internet rates.
- Earn one Cedar Mile for every LBP 3,000 spent on the card.
