Youth education and empowerment remain priorities at Bank Audi. Together with SOS Children’s Villages and expanding their YouthCan! program, we hosted an interactive virtual session discussing career potentials and growth opportunities with 13 youths aged 15 to 18 where a preliminary assessment of their interests were made. The next step was to have a deeper conversation with common interest youths leading to an understanding of individual needs. A third layer of the program is addressing these interests and placing the young persons in internships based on assessments ranging from hotelerie/catering to IT applications in collaboration with Berytec. More soon as this project develops.
