Beirut, 14 January 2026

Bank Audi sal announced today the resignation of Mr. Samir Hanna as Chair and member of its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has expressed its deep appreciation for Mr. Hanna’s more than six decades of dedicated service, that shaped the Bank’s direction at pivotal junctures. 

 
The Board of Directors convened on 13 January 2026 and elected Mrs. Sherine Raymond Audi as the new Chair of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Sherine Audi has been a non-executive member of the Board since April 2017 and has chaired the Board of Bank Audi France since 2022, following nearly four decades of experience in senior executive roles at Bank Audi France.  She brings with her a strong sense of sound governance and leadership.
