Reference to the information published today with respect to the charges brought by the public prosecutor of Mount Lebanon against Bank Audi SAL concerning its alleged involvement in a supposed illegitimate enrichment accusation, the Bank would like to clarify the following:

Bank Audi categorically denies any involvement in the alleged illegitimate enrichment accusation that were brought by the public prosecution, confirming its commitment and compliance with the terms and conditions of such contracts object of the allegation, as well as its compliance with all applicable laws and regulations that rule such contracts and operations and any applicable circulars without any infringement or violation, whatsoever.
