Eager to create further value for its CSR culture and given that CSR was initially launched in consideration of the parties it affects, Bank Audi held a special Stakeholders’ Panel on October 30, 2014 at Bank Audi Plaza.
Both external and internal players were invited to give advice on developing strategies, and voice their opinion about the Bank’s CSR initiatives.
The panel reflected the culture of Bank Audi and its transparency as it brought together employees, management, clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, partners and competitors. The consensus was to further focus on core business related causes together with Corporate Governance which is of high value at Bank Audi. Suggestions revolved around institutions raising suppliers’ awareness on CSR issues. There was a general sense of admiration towards the Bank’s CSR Report, being described as a high-standard and high-quality report, further developing the CSR culture.
The success of every business requires stakeholder engagement and its interest to the shareholders is as important as those of the stakeholders. Through this initiative, the Bank has organized an enriching and stimulating meeting with various stakeholders and it will surely develop the assessed recommendations.
