Bank Audi announced the launch of the “Audi Cards Online” service, a new Internet Banking service which meets today’s on-the-go cardholder’s lifestyle. This service will allow cardholders to “log in to their credit card information” and check all their transactions and card movement at the comfort of their own homes. They can also access this service anywhere, anytime, even through their mobile.
This step falls within the plan to meet the demands of the Bank’s credit cardholders for convenience and speed, and to offer them the fastest and easiest way to review their credit card activity via the Internet.
On this occasion, Mrs. Randa Bdeir, Group Head of Electronic Banking and Cards Services at Bank Audi sal - Audi Saradar Group, said: “The development of Cards Online services is part of the Group’s strategy to always offer its cardholders innovative functionalities and more autonomy in dealing with their credit cards online. The Bank aims at widening access to its Internet banking facilities and enabling its clients to easily check their cards account information and manage their cards operations from abroad”.
With Audi Cards Online Service, cardholders can get real time information on all their credit card accounts through the Internet. They can view all their card activities, up to the minute, when it's convenient for them, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by using a secure access. - Register to the SMS service or edit their existing mobile number.
- Subscribe to the e-statement service or modify their current e-mail address.
